Platinum Managed Services
If you are a company that is technology dependant and needs complete information technology direction from the CIO level down, then the Platinum Managed Services agreement is for you. Platinum clients receive a complete consulting, service and support contract for a low monthly fee that is impossible to match in order to obtain the experience and professionalism that the Veracity Technologies team provides. In addition to receiving the services provided under our Silver and Gold SLA's, Platinum clients receive installation and configuration of new and existing equipment,vendor management, IT planning and budgeting, project management and consulting services that provide solutions to keep you on the leading edge of technology and ahead of your competitors.
Gold Managed Services
Many Veracity Technologies clients choose Gold Service Level Agreements. This level provides the best value for anticipating and addressing IT needs. For example, Gold level clients receive disaster recovery services for all servers and critical computers including options for offsite data storage, daily monitoring and a quarterly disaster recovery test. We also cover monitoring and maintenance of firewalls, switches, routers and other Network Operating Center equipment. All on-site and remote technical services as well as scheduled maintenance and repair of covered systems is included. All of this is in addition to services covered under the Silver level agreement.
Silver Managed Services
Veracity will provide 24/7/365 server monitoring of event logs, hard drive utilization, system uptime and other statistics. We also provide regular server maintenance such as disk defragging and patch management as well as server disaster recovery options. As a managed services client, you will receive discounts for any service needs not covered under the agreement.
