Korbel Associates, Inc.
Client since 2003
Downtime can mean lost business in an almost fully automated environment. With 15 employees and few filing cabinets, Korbel Associates relies on its network to conduct business with companies across the country.
The medical equipment planning company in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, must communicate regularly with architects and contractors on the specifications to accommodate specialized medical equipment in new construction. All of its drawings, schedules and contact information are computer based.
Veracity has offered Korbel almost 100 percent uptime by its responsiveness and on-site service. Veracity also serves as an IT business partner to help the company plan for upgrades and improve productivity. Korbel doesn't even buy a printer without Veracity's input, says Carolyn Korbel, president and founder.
Veracity's disaster recovery services also provide Korbel and its clients with the peace of mind that they wouldn't lose more than a day of business in a catastrophe. "We can't allow our delays to impact a project, not by a week or a month," Korbel says.
After working with several consultants at Veracity, Korbel is pleased with the company's team-based approach to clients. "They're all very capable and we like them very much."
